The CV Organization is one of the largest offices of independent agents representing the products of American Income Life. Its headquarters have been in the Miracle Mile District in Los Angeles, California for more than 25 years. This shows not only that we are here to stay, but that we also know something about providing opportunities for lasting and successful careers. In fact, the CV Organization is a partnership between SGA Sean Velasquez and a second-generation SGA in the Cohen Family, Micah Cohen.
Max Quasem
Max M. Quasem is a professional career agent and personal producer with American Income Life Insurance Company. He is CV Agencies dedicated, extremely driven, competitive, and passionate about doing the thing he loves to do the most: helping and protecting families.
Lily Sakai
A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Lily moved to Los Angeles at 18 to study fashion design. After barely making ends meet working in retail apparel, she spoke with a recruiter from American Income Life and embarked on a career as a life insurance agent. 19 years later, Lily is CV Agencies record-breaking Agent of the Year for 2021. She is also a 6-time Top 10 producing agent across all of AIL, as well as a 37-time Founder’s Club qualifier, 15-time President’s Club qualifier and member of the 3 Million Dollar Club. Lily’s passions include traveling with her husband and daughter, attending music events and crafting.
Stela Roznovan
Stela was born in Eastern Europe after the fall of the Soviet Union and raised on two dollars a day. She moved to the US at the age of 13 and learned English in 30 days. Today, she runs a multimillion-dollar business in the life insurance industry. She’s a classically trained pianist, having performed on national and international stages since the age of 7. She is also the host of The Young Entrepreneur Podcast that focuses on entrepreneurship, leadership, and business. She is fluent in three languages, has a black belt in Taekwondo, and is an avid traveler.
Alexis Pineiro
Alexis was born in Los Angeles, at 9 months of age he was sent to his family in Mexico to be raised since his mother and him didn’t have many family members in the states, Alexis moved back to the states when he was 14 years old. Since then he has had several positions, mostly in the grocery Industry until 2014 when he found the Cohen-Velasquez agency where he has been able to excel with hard work and dedication to a Regional Director leading others to their dream life.

AIL
Founded in 1951, American Income Life is licensed in 49 states, Canada, and New Zealand. AIL was acquired by the Globe Life Insurance Companies in 1994.
Warren Buffet
World famous finance expert & investor Warren Buffet is the primary shareholder in our company. Which is a good reason on how we have been able to grow so much every year.
David Cohen
David Cohen has been contracted with American Income Life since 1977. He was not able to pay his college tuition at the time and decided to give insurance sales a shot. What was supposed to be a six-to-nine-month gig turned out to be a lifetime career.

Through national leaders, American Income Life advocates for key issues and campaigns, and invests in a public agenda reflecting core values important to all working people.
